Course Description

Sunday, February 15, 2026 12pm - 2pm ET Few foods are as iconic as the falafel sandwich—and most people think the best versions can only be bought from street vendors. In this class, you’ll learn how to make falafel at home that’s even more flavorful and satisfying: golden and crisp on the outside, tender inside, and perfectly spiced. We’ll also learn how to make silky hummus, and the other condiments that make it sing — tahini amba sauce, vegetable salads, and quick pickles. Finally, we’ll assemble everything into the perfect sandwich using the breads you learned in Week 1. This session brings it all together: frying, blending, and layering flavors into one of the most beloved street foods in the world.
