A Four Week Palestinian Cooking Series

Food is more than sustenance — it is memory, connection, and joy. And this is more than a cooking course: it’s a journey into the history, culture, and generosity that shape a Palestinian kitchen.
Over four weekends, we’ll cook together the dishes at the heart of the Palestinian and Levantine table, while exploring the stories and traditions that have carried these foods through generations.
But it’s not just about recipes. Each week you’ll build a set of foundational skills and techniques and gain cultural knowledge that you can bring into meals beyond these four sessions.
Classes are live, hands-on, and capped at 25 participants so there’s time for questions, conversation, and the small tips and stories that rarely make it into a written recipe. You can join a single class, or sign up for the full series at a reduced rate.
