In this session, we’ll build a vegetarian mezze spread that feels like a complete meal: baba ghanoush, muhammara, and spicy labneh as well as several other seasonal options. Along the way, I’ll share tips and tricks, teach you how to prepare in advance, how to balance flavors and textures, and how to present mezze so it feels abundant and generous. You’ll discover how a table of vegetables and spreads can come together into a satisfying, celebratory meal.
