Course Description

Sunday, January 18, 2026 12pm - 2pm ET Learn the foundations of Arab baking with one versatile dough that can take you in many directions. Together we’ll make fresh pita, manaqeesh with different toppings, and stuffed pastries. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, shape, and bake, as well as how to freeze and reheat so fresh bread is always within reach. By the end of the session, you’ll have the confidence to turn a simple dough into a variety of breads for everyday meals and gatherings.
